Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my site. My name is Jeremy Burns and I am a Real Estate broker working in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. Whether you are a first time homebuyer, a small family looking to upgrade to something with more space or an empty nester looking to downsize now that the kids are gone, I can help. I have been able to help client’s in many different circumstances and  would be happy to help you!  I was born and raised in Michigan, but after 28 years of dealing with the cold winters, I made the decision to move away. I then moved to Las Vegas to work in the security business and was lucky enough to be a part of one of the largest venues on the strip. I enjoyed my time in Las Vegas and met my wife out there as well. We began to look at places throughout the United States that would  offer us a great career opportunity, strong economy and friendly people. We narrowed our search down to Austin, TX and Raleigh, NC. We ultimately decided on Raleigh and moved here in the fall of 2008. Moving here has turned out to be a wonderful decision for both of us and we are happy to call Raleigh home. Both of us were able to find work right away and get our feet on the ground in a new city. We thought that not knowing anyone and being new to town, might make finding new friends difficult, but we quickly realized that there were many people just like us that had come to this area for the same reasons. The locals made us feel right at home and made us feel like this place was home right away. We married in the summer of 2011 and welcomed our son Banks to the family in 2013.  I come from a customer service background and feel like customer service is a huge part of this business. After being in Customer Service and Sales the majority of my professional life, I made the decision that I was going to make real estate my profession. I wanted to give people going through the buying or selling process the customer service and professionalism that they deserve.  My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.  I feel very blessed to be a part of such a wonderful community and get the opportunity to help people with some of the biggest decisions of their lives.
